StatoilHydro has amended the contract for Upgrading of the mudsystem on Oseberg C with a FEED study for drilling upgrades on the platform.

The work will be performed in cooperation with KCA Deutag (RDS) who is the drilling operator on Oseberg C.

The contract is an important milestone for Aibel's ambition to be a major participant within drilling upgrades in the future.

The work scope includes, among other things, new drillers cabin, new drilling control system and upgrading of equipment for pipe handling.

The work started 01 September 2009 and will be completed in medio February 2010.
