Caesar Oil Pipeline Company, LLC (Caesar) today announced an Open Season for parties interested in subscribing for capacity on its 28" diameter transportation system (Caesar System) which has been designed to transport 450 thousand barrels per day from deepwater leases in the Green Canyon, Walker Ridge and Atwater Valley areas of the Gulf of Mexico to a shelf platform located at Ship Shoal Block 332.

Caesar is owned 56% by Mardi Gras Transportation System Inc. (MGTSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of BP America Inc., 25% by BHP Billiton Petroleum (Deepwater) Inc., 15% by Shell Pipeline Company LP and 4% by Union Oil Company of California. MGTSI is the construction manager and operator of the Caesar System.
