Dragados Offshore has been awarded with a new contract for ConocoPhillips.

The awarded contract is part of the Jasmine Field Development located in the British sector of the North Sea. The work consists of constructability analysis, construction engineering, partial purchases, construction, commissioning, load out and sea fastening of two decks of aprox. 6,000 tons associated to two platforms: Judy Riser Platform and Jasmine Wellhead Platform.

The constructability analysis will be carried out in the ConocoPhillips offices in London and the remaining works will be executed in the Dragados Yard in Puerto Real, Cádiz, Spain.

The project will start immediately and conclude at the end of March 2012.

During the construction phase the project will require an average of 800 workers with picks of up to 1.300.

With this new contract Dragados Offshore consolidates its position as one of the leader fabricators in the Offshore Industry in the North Sea.
