A design coordination meeting for a 40 MM TPY integrated refining & chemical complex for Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was held in LPEC's Guangzhou Office. Mr. Zheng Guodong, the vice president of the Owner, Mr. Liu Minghui, the general manager of SINOPEC Refining Department, Mr. Zhou Chengping, the president of LPEC as well as LPEC's all technical people for the project, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, they had detailed discussions on the general process flow design, design of slurry oil hydrotreating unit, scope of design, etc. In additon, they also coordinated the engineering manpower of different disciplines, such as equpment, piping, mechanical design, structural design, etc. to complete the engineering work as scheduled.
