The Board of Directors of Ramunia is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Ramunia Fabricators Sdn Bhd (“RFSB”) has received a Letter of Award from Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (“PCSB”) dated 29 November 2007 for the provision of Fabrication and Hook-Up & Commissioning of AnDP-D Platform and Host Tie-In at Angsi-A Complex for Angsi Phase IV Development Project (the “Works”). The Letter of Award was accepted by RFSB on 30 November 2007.

RFSB’s scope of work will comprise procurement, construction, hook-up and commissioning of AnDP-D Platform consisting of a topside and jacket, and host tie-in at Angsi-A Complex. The Angsi field is located approximately 160 km off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The contract is valued at approximately RM 170 million.

The Works will contribute positively towards the earning of Ramunia Group for the financial years 2008-2009.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of Ramunia or persons connected with them has any interests, direct or indirect, in the Works.
