Reference is made to Stock Exchange Notice 1051/160999 and Stock Exchange Notice 1053/181099, regarding agreements for Block 2/4 and Block 2/5 in UK, comprising the Heather Field and West Heather Area.

DNO is pleased to announce that the agreements have now received formal DTI consent. All formal conditions with respect to the agreements have now been satisfied to allow DNO to operate the two licenses on 100 % basis, effective October 1st 1999.
