Senior Executive Vice President Kim, Kwang Nam, the Head of the Civil & Architecture Division, Director Chun, Min Soo, Site Manager Han, Chul Hwan and other site workers from POSEC were present at the ceremony. Han, Soo-Yang, General Superintendent of the Kwangyang Works, related executives from POSCO, and executives of POS-AC and POS-ENERGY also participated in the ceremony. The reclamation project, which will require 22 months, will be completed by the end of January 2001.
