From October 20 to 21, 2014, the kick-off meeting on the West Qurna-1 M/T130 project in Iraq was held at Abu Dhabi, marking that the project has entered the stage of comprehensive implementation.

The West Qurna-1 M/T130 wet crude processing project has a daily processing capacity of 52,500 barrels and is located at the DS6 de-gassing station. With a contract amount of 68.254 million US dollars and a construction period of 92 weeks, the EPC project involves 14 various pumps, 20 vessels, 1 air cooler, 1 heat transfer oil heating furnace, 1 heat transfer oil heat exchanger, as well as corresponding civil works, pipe rack steel structure, pipeline, electric, instrument, communications and anti-corrosion.

The project contract was signed in Abu Dhabi on October 1, 2014 as another major contract for West Qurana-1 oilfield signed by Iraq Branch with ExxonMobil after the contract for the M/T127 project signed on August 25.
