On July 5, 2013, a grass-root crude oil terminal with a volume of 32 million cubic meters in Beihai, for which LPEC is an engineering contractor, was mechanically handed over to the client. The VIPs from SINOPEC, client and LPEC attended the mechanical hand-over ceremony.
