Mitsui Oil Exploration Co., Ltd. ("MOECO") is pleased to announce that Mitsui E&P Middle East B.V.(MEPME), which is owned 40% by Moeco International B.V.(a 100% subsidiary of MOECO), acquired from International Finance Corporation interests in three onshore blocks(Deep: 726 square kilometers, West Razzak: 80 square kilometers) in the Arab Republic of Egypt in June, 2010.
