Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. reported on the sale of the storage terminal Bahamas Oil Refining Company International Limited (BORCO), located in The Bahamas.

The move, commercial in its own right, started last April 2007 and ended successfully for the corporation.

The deal made with the First Reserve Corporation, a US investment fund expert in oil assets, neared USD 900 million.
