September 22nd marks one month of smooth operation of the residual oil, gasoline and diesel hydrogenation plant in Sinopec Changling Company. All the technological indicators of the plant have been steadily compliant to the standards.

The grassroot 8 million tonnes/year refinery has made remarkable performance in construction speed, localization rate, launch speed and quality. As the head of the Company put it, Changling Company will pursue a higher goal in quality; demonstrate world-class product quality and competitiveness; create a unique intellectual property and corporate culture; and proceed from a new starting point to build a world leading company.
