As of May 15, Yakela condensate gas field of Sinopec Northwest Oil Field Company had produced 10.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 2,194,000 tonnes of crude oil in 12 years, which is a gas supplier for Xinjiang and the China's west-to-east gas transmission project.

Located in the north of the Tarim Basin, Yakela condensate gas field is Sinopec’s largest condensate gas field as well as China’s sixth largest condensate gas field.
