Chiswick Platform Well Desander Pre Work Engineering

In November 2010 Centrica Energy Upstream BV awarded SLP a contract to carry out the pre-work
engineering of remedial works on the Chiswick Platform Gas Flowlines.

The Chiswick Platform is a Normally Unattended Installation (NUI) of the SLP Minimum Facility
Platform (MFP) variant. SLP Engineering originally designed, procured, fabricated & hooked up the
Chiswick Platform circa 2006.

During 2010, Centrica Energy Upstream successfully drilled two new wells on Chiswick, which were
subsequently hooked up to the Platform topsides by SLP Engineering. SLP have also undertaken &
completed a successful Rig Intervention visit to replace two Xmas Tree assemblies.

The latest workscope awarded to SLP comprises the pre-work engineering to disconnect one well
from its current desanding configuration & hook-up to the production manifold. Another well will be
disconnected from its permanent flowing configuration & hooked up to the Desander skid to perform
additional well clean up.

Following Submission of the engineering deliverables SLP will actively pursue award of the following
Project Phases; Procurement & Offshore Construction.
