The Board of Directors of Technics Group Holdings Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, Technics Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd has been awarded S$5.0m orders for the supply of gas compressor packages, gas production separators, test separators and gas filters to PTT Exploration & Production (PTTEP) for the Arthit gas field development in Thailand.

PTTEP is the national oil company in Thailand. The orders are scheduled to be completed by April 2006.

The Company’s outstanding book to date order is S$53m, inclusive of the orders.

The projects are not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of Technics Group Holdings Limited in the current year.
