Following the successful turn-over of Row-2 at COOEC Qingdao Fabrication Yard on August 30, Row-3 was turned over and joined with Row-2 smoothly on September 2 after a five-hour operation. Thus Panyu 30-1 jacket central truss was finally joined up successfully.

The whole lifting operation followed strictly the requirement of unitary command and unitary procedure which ensures the best implementation of the turn-over operation in the final triumph. It symbolizes a monumental realization of the central truss installation of Panyu 30-1 jacket and also brings a satisfactory end to the first large-scale lifting operation at Qingdao Fabrication Yard.
