Chevron personnel are in the process of restoring operations to the company's 54,000 bpd refinery in Kapolei after crews completed an initial comprehensive inspection of the entire plant and process checks showed no evident damage from Sunday's earthquake. The company has significantly increased the technical and support staff at the refinery to help ensure the start-up process progresses as safely and efficiently as possible. Barring any unforeseen problems, Chevron anticipates its refinery will be operating again by the end of the week. Chevron's product terminals and retail service stations across the state continue to be open for business and have adequate fuel supplies. We continue to keep state government officials and our customers informed about the status of our operations and product inventory levels and will provide additional updates as information becomes available.
