Today, on 23 March, Ust-Luga Port shipped the first oil batch from Crude Oil Terminal «Ust-Luga», the end point of Baltic Pipeline System-2 (BTS-2). The terminal was launched by Russian Prime-Minister Vladimir Putin.

Oil was shipped to the tanker Nevskiy Prospect.

Reference Information
Crude Oil Terminal «Ust-Luga» is desgned for dispatching the crude oil delivered to the Port via the pipeline (BTS-2). The throughput capacity of the crude oil terminal «Ust-Luga» is up to 38 mln. tons of oil per year.
