VME Process has been awarded a contract by SBM-GustoMSC to provide complete EPC services and project management for the Molecular Sieve Gas Dehydration Package, including the skid and three molecular sieve adsorber vessels for the FPSO Cidade de Paraty.

The FPSO is slated for production in the Tupi III field, Espirito Santo Basin, Brazil, and will be operated by SBM Production Company for Petrobras. The entire package will be fabricated at VME Process’ own Fabrication Facility in Batam Indonesia beginning in Q1 2011 with delivery expected in August 2011. This is the another EPC project awarded to VME Process by SBM Offshore and is similar to the 1700 ton Tupi I unit which is now successfully producing in the Tupi field aboard the FPSO Cidade de Angra dos Reis MV22.
