Under the shareholders agreement dated August 29, 2011 concluded between, on one hand, Petróleos Mexicanos and PMI Holdings, BV, and moreover, Sacyr Vallehermoso, SA, PMI Holdings B.V. has acquired a total of 56,377,090 shares of Repsol YPF, SA, representing a 4.62% stake in the company.

The final purchase amount will be defined at closing.

The acquisition of shares was made through market purchases and through transactions with various entities, including Credit Agricole CIB are, Natixis, Grupo Financiero HSBC and Inbursa. The financial advisor for this transaction is Credit Agricole CIB.
