As the vice president, "Transneft" is not implicated in the situation with the provision of jet fuel airports of Moscow region. "We, as well as the Railways, the transport organization and are just carrying cargo such as petroleum products. Fuel supply depends on supplies from refineries and timely processing of the orders," - he said, adding: "The plan of delivery (jet fuel) was carried out by us completely, in fact, earlier this month, we began to pump more. We help fix the deficit, in a short time due to intensive pumping of this issue will be resolved. "

Answering a question on the supply of oil to the Odessa oil refinery in South Port, Barkov said that this issue must be resolved before the end of the year. "Maybe it will be less than 5 million tons a year," - he said. According to the vice-president of "Transneft", "should be resolved before the end of the year, but it depends not only on us."

Barkov also spoke about the progress of the project the second stage of the Baltic Pipeline System. He said that the commissioning of the BTS-2 is scheduled for November. The following year, the system is expected to reach full capacity, including through the Ust-Luga can be handled 35 million tons. "With the launch of the BTS-2, in Primorsk volumes will be reduced, perhaps to 60 million tons", - said M. Barkov, recalling that at the present time Primorsk operates at its maximum load of 74 million per year.

Speaking about the prospects of the projects for the transportation of oil to bypass the Straits, Barkov said that currently there are about 15 such projects, 7 of which are the most real. "One of them can be called the BPS-2", - he said. In this Barkov did not rule out that the "Transneft" can take part in one of the projects. In particular, the vice president mentioned Transfrakiysky project, which, he said, the cost is comparable to the project Burgas - Alexandroupolis oil pipeline. This project involves the laying of the pipeline on the European territory of Turkey. "They recently came out again for us. But now it's sluggish draft, although he may be reborn" - said Barkov. Among other projects, he called bypass the Constanta-Trieste and Odessa-Brody-Plock oil pipeline and the Samsun - Ceyhan oil pipeline. In this Barkov said that the Samsun - Ceyhan oil pipeline project until economically untenable and negotiations on it are frozen. "This project is supported by the Turkish side, but economically impractical, for now, anyway. Frozen talks, but the ball on the Turkish side," - said Barkov, adding that Turkey can create conditions that will make the project viable.

On the construction of the Burgas - Alexandroupolis Barkov said that "Transneft" will not abandon this project, despite the position of Bulgaria, but in autumn it can be translated into the so-called "Sleep" mode. "From the Burgas - Alexandroupolis, we will not give up. It's an interesting project, approved by the EU", - he said. "In October and November, most likely, we will freeze it, make a" sleeping. "But the initiators of the project exit, we will not" - said Barkov.
