Tamoil Group announced that the Tamoil refinery in Italy in Cremona will be gradually transformed into a warehouse by the end of 2011.

All activities related to the sale and distribution of petroleum products to customers will continue to be carried out regularly, as well as all the activities of environmental protection and safety management.

Tamoil reiterates its willingness to cooperate with local authorities and trade unions to mitigate the impact of employment with a view to protecting workers and families.

Tamoil also reaffirms its determination to continue efforts for the industrial exploitation of the site and land conservation in close collaboration with the competent authorities and in compliance with environmental reference.
