OJSC "AK" Transneft "has completed all construction and commissioning work at the facilities of the BPS-2.

BPS-2 project is implemented by order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 26.11.2008 № 1754-r and is aimed at ensuring a reliable supply of oil to Europe. The project was built by the main pipeline with total length of 1,000 km and a capacity of up to 30 million tons a year, two oil pumping stations, and tank farm "Ust-Luga." In addition, the reconstruction of the existing pumping station "Unecha" and "Andreapol." Route of the pipeline passes through the territory of Bryansk, Smolensk, Tver, Novgorod and Leningrad regions.

At present, construction of oil pipeline and tank farm infrastructure "Ust-Luga" completed in full, the system of BPS-2 is filled with technological oil and ready for use.
