China Petrochemical Refinery Engineering Co., Ltd., Japan's Marubeni Corporation, Kazakhstan KSS general contracting company as a project consortium, signed with the owners of Atyrau Kazakhstan Atyrau refinery deep processing of petroleum refineries (FCC) main Project EPCC turnkey contract.
