In 2011 the Moscow Oil Refinery Plant (Gazpromneft-MNPZ) refined 10.8 million tons of oil, which is 6 % more than in 2010.

Last year the Moscow Oil Refinery Plant produced 6.1 million tons of light petroleum products, i.e. 5 % more than in 2010, including 2.2 million tons of high-octanegasoline, which is 9.6 % more than in 2010. It also produced 2.6 million tons of diesel fuel and 649 thousand tons of aviation fuel.

The plant’s processing depth was 72.28 % in 2011.

On January, 2011, the Moscow Oil Refinery Plant started production of high-octane gasoline and diesel fuel meeting the requirements of ecological Class 4.

In 2011 the Moscow Oil Refinery Plant was integrated into Gazprom Neftgroup of companies. For improvement of production efficiency certain processes, not related to the plant’s core business, were outsourced, enabling a considerable reduction in oil production costs and the ability to focus on development of main projects.

At present the first stage of the program on the refinery’s facilities reconstruction and modernization, aimed for improvement of production quality, is being implemented. The completion for the Moscow Oil Refinery Plant modernization program is scheduled to the end of 2020. It is planned to invest a further 66 billion roubles for its implementation.
