Kinder Morgan Pony Express Pipeline LLC ("Pony Express") and Belle Fourche Pipeline Company ("BFPL") today announced an Open Season soliciting shipper commitments for crude oil transportation service from a point near Baker, Montana ("Origin") to delivery points at Ponca City, Oklahoma and Cushing, Oklahoma ("Destinations").

Pony Express and BFPL ("Carriers") anticipate the ability to transport 100,000 or more barrels of oil per day from the Origin to the Destinations under a Joint Tariff beginning in the fourth quarter of 2014. The Carriers have secured a long-term anchor shipper commitment for a minimum of 30,000 barrels per day to be shipped under the Joint Tariff commencing at start up.

Additional parties interested in reviewing the details of the proposed service may contact John Eagleton at Kinder Morgan Pony Express at (303) 914-4702, Mike Smith at Kinder Morgan Pony Express at (303) 763-3484, Bob Mishler at Kinder Morgan Pony Express at (303) 914-7762, Tad True at BFPL at (307) 237-9301 or Bob Stamp at BFPL at (307) 266-0345. In separate open seasons, Pony Express will offer single pipeline ("local") oil transportation service from the Guernsey, Wyoming area and from the Denver-Julesburg Basin ("DJ Basin") to the Destinations, and additional oil transportation service under a separate joint tariff to the Destinations.
