Surgutneftegas produced 30,435.8 thousand tons of oil during six months of this year. Compared to the same period of 2011, crude output increase equaled to 1.3%. In particular, crude production in the new region of the Company's operations namely at the Talakanskoye, Alinskoye, Severo-Talakanskoye fields in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) amounted in January-June 2012 to 3,125 thousand tons, up by 27% compared to the last Year.

Since the Beginning of this Year, the Company Has Produced around 6.065 mn cub m of Gas. Gas utilization rate across the Company as a whole exceeded 97%. Besides, gas is used as fuel for in-house gas turbine and gas piston power plants where power generation covers 35% of Company's General Power Requirements. In-House drilling within Six months of the Current Year amounted to 2,392.8 Thousand m of Rock Including exploratory drilling exceeding 108.8 thousand m. Compared to January-June of the previous year, development and exploratory drilling grew by 10.5% and 15.8%, respectively.
