The 247,000 barrel-per-day Alliance Refinery in Belle Chasse, La., remains shut down and is without power at this time.

Some flooding is evident in the refinery. Refinery personnel are working to prevent more flooding and to pump water out of the flooded areas.

A team is continuing to assess the condition of the refinery. A decision on a timeline for restart will be made once the assessment is complete.

Refinery management is working to ensure employees and their families are safe and to keep them informed about refinery status.

The company’s 239,000 barrel-per-day Lake Charles Refinery in Westlake, La., remains in operation.

Phillips 66 closely monitors tropical storms and hurricanes that could threaten our operations. Information regarding the status of our operations during severe weather events will be provided on this page.
