KBR (NYSE: KBR), a global engineering, construction and services company, announced today that it has entered into an enterprise framework agreement with Shell under which Shell may call on KBR to provide pipe fabrication and module assembly to support Shell’s projects in North America for a primary period of seven years, with the ability to extend for up to an additional three years. This agreement is designed to improve long-term productivity, increase reliability and reduce the total cost of ownership that a well-developed client relationship affords.

"KBR is honored to have been selected by Shell for this important enterprise framework agreement," said Mitch Dauzat, Group President, KBR Services. "This agreement further solidifies our strong relationship with Shell and highlights KBR’s 60-year experience and expertise in the Canadian market.
