Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Keizo Morikawa) announce its decision to reduce the nameplate capacity at Yokkaichi Refinery as described in the chart below.

This decision is to tentatively conform to the "Sophisticated Methods of Energy Supply Structures" regulation. The company has submitted the necessary documents today which have been duly received by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
