We are currently directed to restore the affected areas as soon as possible, and make a priority supply of petroleum products to the affected area,

We base our best in order to resume shipments to the refinery was stopped early which hinders the supply of petroleum products in our part of the service station, which is an inconvenience to the customer.

The Company's Chiba Refinery which was damaged by the earthquake has now stopped, and resulting in a shortage of petroleum products.

To ease the shortfall, the following decisions have been taken:

  • Refinery crude oil processing capacity expansion
  • Reduced exports
    • 13,000 diesel exports in January were re-scheduled for domestic supply.
  • Additional imports
    • Jet Fuel 80,000 KL,
    • Gasoline 53,000 KL, feedstock

The crude processing capacity will be approximately 80% of the pre-earthquake level
