She said Director General of Oil Projects Company Nihad Ahmed Moussa, who signed the contract with the Canadian company, that the value of the contract amounted to 13.321 million in the period of time estimated at 18 months and it is hoped the completion of this contract for less than this period, adding that this type of contract is applied for the first time in Iraq .

She look forward to the speedy implementation of the first phase of the project in a timely manner to provide a port that will accommodate the additional discharge energy produced from crude oil.
She added that neighboring countries had cooperated closely for the success of this project through meetings that were with them.
