Anadarko Extends Exploration Success With New Discovery Area Offshore Mozambique
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) today announced the Golfinho exploration well discovered a new, major natural gas accumulation nearly 20 miles (32 kilometers) northwest of its Prosperidade complex within the Offshore Area 1 of the Rovuma Basin. The Golfinho discovery well encountered more than 193 net feet (59 net meters) of natural gas pay in two high-quality Oligocene fan systems that are age-equivalent to, but geologically distinct from, the previous discoveries in the Prosperidade complex.

Kosmos Energy Announces Teak-4A Results Offshore Ghana
Kosmos Energy (NYSE: KOS) announced results from the Teak-4A appraisal well, located in the West Cape Three Points Block, offshore Ghana. Located 6.1 kilometers (3.8 miles) northwest of the Teak-1 discovery well, the Teak-4A well was targeting the stratigraphic extension of the Teak discovery area. The well encountered thin, non-commercial reservoirs and is being plugged and abandoned. Kosmos and partners have begun integrating well results into the Teak field model to determine forward appraisal and development plans.

Enterprise, Anadarko, and DCP Midstream to Jointly Develop New NGL Pipeline to Serve Colorado's Denver-Julesburg Basin
-Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD), Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) and DCP Midstream, LLC today announced an agreement to design and construct a new natural gas liquids ("NGL") pipeline that will originate in the Denver-Julesburg Basin ("DJ Basin") in Weld County, Colorado and extend approximately 435 miles to Skellytown, Texas in Carson County. Each party will hold a one-third interest. The new Front Range Pipeline ("Front Range"), with connections to the Mid-America Pipeline system and the recently announced Texas Express Pipeline, will help producers in the DJ Basin maximize the value of their NGL production by providing reliable takeaway capacity and market access to the Gulf Coast, the largest NGL market in the United States.

Technip awarded subsea contract for the Lucius field in the Gulf of Mexico
Technip was awarded a lump sum contract by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation for the development of the Lucius field, located in the Keathley Canyon area of the Gulf of Mexico at a water depth of approximately 7,000 feet (2,130 meters).

Anadarko Successfully Completes Planned Appraisal Drilling Program In Discovery Area Offshore Mozambique
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) today announced that with the success of its Barquentine-4 appraisal well, the partnership has completed the drilling portion of its planned appraisal program in the discovery area offshore Mozambique. The Barquentine-4 well, located in Offshore Area 1 of the Rovuma Basin, encountered approximately 525 net feet (160 meters) of natural gas pay, and became the Anadarko partnership's ninth successful well in the complex.

LINN Energy Announces $400 Million Joint Venture With Anadarko in the Salt Creek Oil Field
LINN Energy, LLC (Nasdaq:LINE) announced today a joint-venture agreement with an affiliate of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:APC), whereby LINN will participate as a partner in the CO2 enhanced oil recovery development of the Salt Creek field, located in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. Anadarko assigned LINN 23 percent of its interest in the field in exchange for future funding of $400 million of Anadarko's development costs. Over the next three to six years, LINN expects to invest a total of $600 million, which includes the $400 million of Anadarko's costs and $200 million net to LINN's assigned interest. Anadarko has been utilizing CO2 to develop this field since 2004 with outstanding results, and additional development associated with this joint venture is expected to double current production by 2015. The agreement was signed and closed April 3, 2012.

Tullow Oil - Enyenra-4A appraisal well successful
Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) announces that the Enyenra-4A appraisal well, in the Deepwater Tano licence offshore Ghana, has successfully encountered oil in very good quality sandstone reservoirs. Good evidence of communication with the Owo-1 discovery wells and the Enyenra appraisal wells confirms the significant extent of the Enyenra light oil field.

Enterprise, Enbridge and Anadarko Moving Forward With Development of the Texas Express Pipeline
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD), Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P., (NYSE: EEP) and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) today announced that shippers have executed long-term contracts for capacity on the Texas Express Pipeline (“TEP”) being developed by the joint venture. The shippers, which include unaffiliated shippers, have tendered 15-year, ship-or-pay transportation agreements containing volume commitments that total 232,000 barrels per day (“BPD”). The contracts also include an option provision allowing shippers to increase their volume commitment.

Umbilicals contract to Aker Solutions
Aker Solutions has been awarded a contract for eight steel tube umbilicals by Anadarko Petroleum Corporation for the Lucius field located in the Gulf of Mexico. The contract value is undisclosed.

FMC Technologies Awarded Subsea Systems Contract From Anadarko Petroleum Corporation
FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) to provide subsea systems and life-of-field services for its Lucius project.
