Anadarko Announces New Exploration and Appraisal Success Offshore Mozambique
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) today announced the cumulative results of its exploration and appraisal success offshore Mozambique have substantially increased the resource potential in the Offshore Area 1 of the deepwater Rovuma Basin. The appraisal section of its most recent exploration well at the Camarao prospect encountered approximately 240 net feet (73 meters) of natural gas pay in an excellent-quality reservoir and confirmed static pressure connectivity with the partnership's previously announced Windjammer and Lagosta discoveries. In addition, the Camarao well discovered approximately 140 net feet (43 meters) of natural gas pay in shallower Miocene and Oligocene sand packages not encountered in previous wells.

Enyenra-3A appraisal well offshore Ghana successful
Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) announces that the Enyenra-3A appraisal well, in the Deepwater Tano licence offshore Ghana, has successfully encountered oil in high quality sandstone reservoirs. Pressure data indicates that the Enyenra-3A well has confirmed an up-dip extension of the Enyenra oil field.

Enterprise, Enbridge and Anadarko to Jointly Develop New NGL Pipeline Linking Key Natural Gas Producing Basins to the Gulf Coast
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD), Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P., (NYSE:EEP) and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:APC) today announced an agreement to design and construct a new natural gas liquids (NGL) pipeline that will originate from Skellytown, Texas in Carson County and extend approximately 580 miles to NGL fractionation and storage facilities in Mont Belvieu, Texas. The new Texas Express Pipeline ("TEP") will help producers in West and Central Texas, the Rocky Mountains, Southern Oklahoma and the Mid-continent maximize the value of their natural gas production by providing additional takeaway capacity and enhanced access to the Gulf Coast NGL market. Initial capacity on TEP will be approximately 280,000 barrels per day (BPD), which can be readily expanded to approximately 400,000 BPD.

Kosmos Energy Announces Akasa Light Oil Discovery On West Cape Three Points Block Offshore Ghana
Kosmos Energy (NYSE: KOS) announced today a light oil discovery at the Akasa-1 exploration well on the West Cape Three Points Block offshore the Republic of Ghana. Full analysis of well results, including wireline logs, reservoir pressures and fluid samples, confirms that the well penetrated 33 meters (108 feet) of oil-bearing pay in four good-quality Turonian-aged sand packages. The Turonian reservoirs encountered are similar in age to those discovered at Jubilee and Mahogany East. Oil samples recovered from the Akasa-1 well indicate 38 degrees API gravity.

Anadarko Announces Successful Appraisal Well Offshore Mozambique
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) today announced that its Barquentine-2 appraisal well, located in Mozambique's Offshore Area 1 of the Rovuma Basin, encountered more than 230 net feet (70 meters) of natural gas pay in high-quality Oligocene-age reservoirs. Barquentine-2 was the first appraisal well in the Windjammer, Barquentine and Lagosta complex, which is estimated to hold a minimum of 6 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) of recoverable natural gas resources.

Technip receives a Letter of Intent for the Lucius development project in the Gulf of Mexico
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation has issued a Letter of Intent to Technip for the engineering, construction and transport of a 23,000 ton Truss Spar hull for their Lucius field development. This field is located in approximately 7,100 feet (2,165 meters) of water, in the US Gulf of Mexico.

Anadarko Announces Lucius Unitization
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) today announced the finalization of a unitization agreement with Exxon Mobil Corporation and co-owners to develop the Lucius field. The unitization includes portions of Keathley Canyon blocks 874, 875, 918 and 919 in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Anadarko will operate the unit with a 35-percent working interest. Following the unitization agreement, the Lucius interest owners entered into an agreement with the Hadrian South co-venturers whereby natural gas produced from the Hadrian South field will be processed through the Lucius facility in return for a production-handling fee and reimbursement for any required facility upgrades.
