Angola: Total starts up production from Dalia Phase 1A on deep offshore Block
Total has started production from Dalia Phase 1A, a new development on its deep offshore operated Block 17, located 135 km off the coast of Angola. Dalia Phase 1A will develop additional reserves of 51 million barrels (Mb) and will contribute 30,000 barrels per day (b/d) to the block’s production.

Awarded FPSO Produced Water Treatment Packages
Alderley plc is delighted to announce the award from SAIPEM, a contract to design, engineer and fabricate two FPSO Produced Water Treatment Packages for the Kaombo FPSO Project in Angola. The project will be undertaken by Alderley Process Technologies, a subsidiary of Alderley plc. The Kaombo field is located 260km offshore Luanda in Angola and will produce around 230,000 Barrels of oil per day (BOPD).

ABB to provide power and automation solutions for new Angolan oil field
ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, has won an order from offshore services provider Bumi Armada Berhad to supply electrification and automation systems for a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel for a recently discovered oilfield off the coast of Angola. The order was booked in the first quarter.

Eni starts production of Cinguvu offshore field at West Hub Development in Angola
Eni started production two weeks ahead of schedule at the Cinguvu oil field, from the West Hub Development Project in Block 15/06 in the Angolan Deep Offshore, approximately 350 kilometres northwest of Luanda and 130 kilometres west of Soyo. The start-up follows the achievement of West Hub’s first oil through Sangos field start-up, during last November 2014.

Alfa Laval wins SEK 260 million offshore pumping systems order
Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – has won an order to supply Framo pumping systems for FPSO projects in Angola. The order, booked in the Marine & Offshore Pumping Systems segment, has a value of approximately SEK 260 million and delivery is scheduled for 2015 and 2016.

N’GOMA FPSO Producing And On Hire
SBM Offshore is pleased to announce that this week the Company received formal Production Readiness Notice (PRN) for N’Goma FPSO from client Eni, operator of Block 15/06 on behalf of the Joint Venture which also includes Sonangol Pesquisa e Produção, SSI Fifteen Limited and Falcon Oil Holding Angola SA. Following successful first oil in November 2014 and completion of the 72 hour continuous production test in early December 2014, PRN goes into effect retroactively to November 28, 2014 and the vessel is on hire from that date onwards. The FPSO will operate under a twelve year lease and operate contract with Eni Angola S.p.A on Block 15/06, West Hub, offshore Angola.
