First Shipment of LNG from Donggi-Senoro Project in Indonesia
Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) is pleased to announce that today, the first LNG cargo from Donggi Senoro LNG Project has been shipped to Arun LNG receiving terminal operated by the Indonesian state-owned oil and gas enterprise, Pertamina. MC is a major shareholder (45%) of the PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (DSLNG), the operating joint venture company of this project.

Shell to sell its shareholding in Showa Shell to Idemitsu
Shell has reached an agreement with Idemitsu for the sale of 125,261,200 shares in Showa Shell Sekiyu KK, representing a 33.24% shareholding in the company, for a total amount of JPY 169 billion (approximately US$1.4 billion). Shell will retain a 1.80% holding in the company.

Technip awarded offshore brownfield and subsea tie-backs for PETRONAS FLNG1
Technip has been awarded an engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning contract by PETRONAS Carigali for the tie-in of PETRONAS first Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (PFLNG1) facility to KAKG-A platform in Kanowit field, located 200 kilometers offshore Bintulu, East Malaysia, at a water depth of approximately 80 meters.

Excelerate’s FSRUs Perform the First STS Transfer of LNG at Engro Elengy LNG Terminal Pakistan
On July 17, 2015, Excelerate Energy L.P. (“Excelerate”) completed the first Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer of LNG at the Engro Elengy LNG Terminal located in Port Qasim, Pakistan. Excelerate’s floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU), EXQUISITE, received 130,000 cubic meters of LNG from the FSRU EXCELERATE using the double-banked LNG transfer system. This transfer also marks the company’s 500th commercial STS operation using the double-banked cryogenic transfer system technology developed by Excelerate.

ENGIE signs its first Jangkrik LNG Sale & Purchase Agreements
ENGIE (formerly GDF SUEZ), eni, and Saka Energi signed today in Jakarta two LNG “Sales and Purchase Agreements” for the Jangkrik Development Project with PT Pertamina (PERSERO), the Indonesian largest natural gas transportation and distribution company. Under these agreements, Pertamina will purchase 1.4 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG starting in 2017.
