InterOil Sells Downstream Businesses for US $525.6 Million
InterOil Corporation (NYSE: IOC) (POMSoX: IOC) has announced the sale of companies that hold its Papua New Guinea oil refinery and petroleum products distribution businesses to Singapore-based Puma Energy Group Pte for US$525.6 million, which includes adjustments for cash and working capital.

Excelerate Energy and Petrobangla in Agreement for Long-Term FSRU Charter and Construction of LNG Import Facility
Excelerate Energy and Petrobangla have reached agreement on terms for the development and operation of Bangladesh’s first LNG import terminal. The agreement includes the provision of one of Excelerate’s existing floating storage and regasification units (FSRU) under a 15-year long-term charter, as well as the design and construction of the facility. Located offshore near Moheshkhali Island in the Bay of Bengal, the terminal will provide much needed natural gas to the southeastern Chittagong region of Bangladesh.

Technip wins program management consultancy contract for the RAPID project and confirms its leadership in refining and petrochem
Technip, leader of a joint venture with Fluor, was awarded a substantial(1) Program Management Consultancy (PMC) contract by PETRONAS for the Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) project located in the state of Johor, Malaysia. The PMC contract will include overall project and site management of the RAPID project and provision of Project Management Services for specific EPCC Packages within RAPID throughout the pre-award, engineering and procurement, construction and commissioning as well as warranty management and close-out phases.

Oceaneering Announces Jangkrik Umbilicals Contract
Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE: OII) announced it has secured a contract from FMC Technologies Singapore Pte Limited, a subsidiary of FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI), to supply umbilicals for the Jangkrik project located in the Muara Bakau PSC (Production Sharing Contract) area off the coast of Indonesia.

Fire at IRPC Refinery in Thailand
IRPC Public Company Limited (“the Company”) would like to inform you that there was a fire incident in a Vacuum Gas Oil Hydro Treating Unit (VGO/HT), which provides feedstock to crackers mainly for propylene production at the Company’s plant in Tumbon Choengoen, Rayong Province at 6.00 pm on 9 June 2014. Based on the preliminary investigation, this incident may have been caused by the leakage of hydrocarbon substance.

The Company has already managed to isolate the damaged unit from other units and contained the fire since 7.00 pm yesterday. At 8.20 pm on 9 June 2014, the fire was completely extinguished and no injuries have been reported in connection with the fire. With respect to the environmental impact of the fire, air quality monitoring mobile station has been promptly sent to investigate the air quality in the surrounding area. It has been reported that the air quality was not materially affected.

Significant oil discovery in Ghauri Block, Pakistan
MOL Plc. is pleased to announce that Ghauri Joint Venture (GJV) has made a significant oil discovery in Ghauri X-1 well, located in district Jhelum, Punjab Province in Pakistan. GJV comprises Mari Petroleum Company with 35% working interest as operator as well as Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) and MOL with 35% and 30% working interests, respectively. The Ghauri well discovery is a landmark achievement being the first hydrocarbon discovery in the Eastern part of Potwar Plateau.
