BG Group loads first LNG cargo from QCLNG project in Australia
BG Group (LSE: BG.L), a world leader in exploration and LNG, today announced that it has been loading the first cargo of LNG from its Queensland Curtis LNG (QCLNG) facility since 28 December. The vessel being loaded is the Methane Rita Andrea. The second cargo of LNG from the facility will be loaded onto the Methane Mickie Harper which is expected in Gladstone in the first week of January.

The termination of FLNG Project and deregistration of PTT FLNG
PTT Public Company Limited (“PTT”) is pleased to notify that PTT’s board of directors, on the meeting held on December 26, 2014, has approved to terminate the FLNG project of PTT FLNG Limited (“PTT FLNG”) and deregistered PTT FLNG (a joint venture between PTT International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“PTTI SG”), a subsidiary of PTT Energy Resources Company Limited: (“PTTER”) which PTT holds 100 percent of shareholder portion) and PTTEP FLNG Holding Company Limited (“PTTEP FH”) who each holds 50 percent stakes in the company.

Hess Announces LOI with the North West Shelf to Liquefy Equus Gas
Hess Corporation (NYSE:HES) announced today that its Australian subsidiary, Hess Exploration Australia Pty Ltd, has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with the North West Shelf (NWS). Hess intends to develop its natural gas discoveries in its deepwater permits offshore northwestern Australia and, subject to execution of binding agreements, toll the production through existing NWS processing and liquefaction facilities in Karratha, Australia. Hess would then market liquefied natural gas (LNG) to customers in Asia Pacific.

Another milestone achieved in BassGas MLE project
Origin Energy Limited (Origin), as Operator of the BassGas Joint Venture, has confirmed that another milestone has been achieved in the BassGas Mid Life Enhancement (MLE) project, with the successful lift of the export compression and condensate pumping modules into place on the Yolla offshore platform.

Apache Corporation announces the sale of Wheatstone and Kitimat LNG projects to Woodside Petroleum Limited
Apache Corporation (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA) today announced it has agreed to sell its interest in two LNG projects, Wheatstone LNG and Kitimat LNG, along with accompanying upstream oil and gas reserves, to Woodside Petroleum Limited (ASX: WPL) for a purchase price of $2.75 billion. Apache will also be reimbursed for its net expenditure in the Wheatstone and Kitimat LNG projects between June 30, 2014, and closing which is estimated to be approximately $1 billion.

BG Group agrees sale of Australian pipeline for US$5 billion
BG Group plc (LSE: BG.L), a world leader in exploration and LNG, today announced it has agreed to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary QCLNG Pipeline Pty Ltd to APA Group (ASX: APA), Australia's largest gas infrastructure business, for approximately US$5.0 billion.
