Petrofac awarded Khazzan CPF project in Sultanate of Oman
Petrofac, the international oil and gas services provider, has been awarded a contract by BP, worth approximately US$1.2 billion, for the central processing facility (CPF) for the Khazzan gas project in the Sultanate. This has been awarded on a convertible lump sum basis and will convert to a full lump sum contract at a pre-determined point during execution.

HRT Starts Its Activities On Polvo Field Today And Becomes The Fifth Largest Oil Operator In Brazil
HRT Participações em Petróleo S.A. (the "Company" or "HRT") (BM&FBOVESPA: HRTP3, TSX-V: HRP), together with its subsidiary, HRT O&G Exploração e Produção de Petróleo Ltda. ("HRT O&G"), reports that it was concluded on January 8th, 2014 the commercial transaction with BP Energy do Brasil Ltda ("BP") for the transfer of 60% working interest in the Polvo Field to HRT, becoming the operator. In addition, HRT acquired 100% interest in BP ENERGY AMERICA, LLC ("BPEA") which owns the fixed platform, "Polvo A" and a 3,000 HP drilling rig that operates in the field. Maersk Oil Brasil Ltda ("MAERSK") is the partner of HRT in the field, with 40% participating interest.

BP Completes Commissioning of Whiting Refinery Units
BP announced today all of the major new units associated with the Whiting modernization project have been successfully brought on stream. The start-up of the new 102,000 barrel per day coker in mid-November marked the last major milestone of the multi-year, multi-billion dollar modernization project at the facility in Northwest Indiana.

Galp Energia informs about the amendment to the announcement published on 17 December 2013. Dril-Quip Signs Global Frame Agreement With BP
Dril-Quip, Inc. (NYSE: DRQ) today announced that it has entered into a five year global frame agreement with BP International Limited for the supply of subsea wellhead equipment and related services. The contract provides the terms and conditions for worldwide call off orders placed by BP for Dril-Quip's Big Bore II-H series subsea wellhead systems. Orders previously placed by BP during 2013 will also be governed by the terms of this contract. Additional orders will be included as part of Dril-Quip's backlog as subsequent orders may be received under the agreement. BP also has an option to extend the contract for an additional five year period.
