entered into agreements with ElectroGas Malta Limited (“EGM”) for the conversion, supply and operations and maintenance, respectively, of one floating storage unit (“FSU”) for the project relating to the construction and operation of an LNG receiving terminal located at Delimara, Malta (collectively, “Contracts”). The effective date of the Contracts is 13 April 2015.

Malaysia-based international offshore oilfield services provider, Bumi Armada Berhad announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Bumi Armada Offshore Holdings Limited (“BAOHL”), together with its joint venture company,PT Armada Gema Nusantara* ("PT AGN") (collectively, the “Consortium”), have been appointed as the Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Vessel (the "FPSO") Lease Contractor for the Madura BD Field, approximately 65 km east of Surabaya and about 16km south of Madura Island, offshore Indonesia via a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) issued by Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited** (“HCML”).

CAMAC Energy Secures Long-Term FPSO
CAMAC Energy Inc. ("CAMAC") (NYSE MKT: CAK) today announced that a letter of intent ("LOI") has been signed regarding terms and conditions of a long-term agreement for the floating, production, storage, and offloading system ("FPSO") ARMADA PERDANA. The signed LOI provides for an initial term of five years beginning January 1, 2014, with an automatic extension for an additional term of two years unless terminated by CAMAC with prior notice. The parties are working towards executing a definitive agreement on or before January 31, 2014.
