Enbridge Finalizes $7.5 Billion Mainline Replacement Program Cost Estimate; Issues CDN$400 Million of Common Equity
Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB)(NYSE:ENB) and Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:EEP) today announced the final scope and cost estimate for their Line 3 Replacement (L3R) Program is approximately $7.5 billion. The L3R Program was announced on March 3, 2014, following receipt of shipper support, and involves replacement of all segments of Line 3 between Hardisty, Alberta and Superior, Wisconsin with new pipe using the latest available high-strength steel and coating technology.

Northern Gateway Receives Approval from Government of Canada
Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB) (NYSE:ENB) announced today that pursuant to the Joint Review Panel's (JRP) recommendation, the Northern Gateway Project ("NGP" or "the Project") has received Governor in Council (GIC) approval by the Canadian federal government. TransCanada to Proceed With $1.9 Billion Merrick Mainline Pipeline Project

CB&I Awarded Front-End Engineering and Design Contract for the Development of the Goldboro LNG Project
CB&I (NYSE:CBI) today announced it has been awarded a contract by Pieridae Energy (Canada) Ltd (Pieridae) for the Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) of the Goldboro LNG project located at the Goldboro Industrial Park in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Under the FEED contract, CB&I will design and engineer two LNG liquefaction trains and associated facilities in preparation for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction phase.

NEB Approves LNG Export License for Triton LNG
The National Energy Board (NEB or Board) approved an application for a 25 year natural gas export licence from Triton LNG Limited Partnership to export liquefied natural gas (LNG). The license is for a maximum term amount of 93.73 109m³. The proposed export points would be located near either Kitimat or Prince Rupert, British Columbia at the outlet of the loading arm of a proposed natural gas liquefaction terminal. The liquefaction terminal has not been constructed and will require further regulatory approval before construction can begin.
