Chevron Announces Sale of Interests in Chad and Cameroon
Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today announced that its subsidiary, Chevron Global Energy Inc., has sold its 25 percent non-operated interest in a producing oil concession in southern Chad and the related export pipeline interests to the Republic of Chad for approximately $1.3 billion. The sale closed June 13.

Angola LNG suspended production
The liquefaction of natural gas from Angola LNG consortium announced the suspension of production for a year, due to a succession of technical problems, such as the sinking of a platform, fires and leaks, the latter of which a break in a cable.

Chevron, YPF Continue Development of Vaca Muerta Shale in Argentina
Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today confirmed that subsidiaries of the company have signed agreements with the Argentine oil company YPF S.A. to continue development of shale oil and gas resources from the Vaca Muerta formation located in the Neuquén province in Argentina.

Chevron Makes Final Investment Decision on Alder Field in the United Kingdom
Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) announced today that its U.K. subsidiary, Chevron North Sea Limited, has reached a final investment decision and received approval from the U.K. government to proceed with the development of the Alder Field in the Central North Sea. The project has a planned design capacity of 110 million cubic feet of natural gas and 14,000 barrels of condensate per day. First production is expected in 2016.

Fluor and JGC Awarded EPC Contract for Kitimat LNG Project
Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that its joint venture with JGC was awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by Chevron Canada Limited (Chevron) for the proposed Kitimat Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project in Bish Cove, British Columbia, Canada. Chevron and Apache Canada Limited (Apache) each hold a 50 percent interest in the proposed project.

Fugro Awarded Gorgon Survey Services by Subsea 7
Fugro has been awarded a contract by Subsea 7 Australia Contracting Pty Ltd to provide survey services to support its Heavy Lift and Tie-Ins contract on the Chevron-operated Gorgon Project, off the northwest coast of Western Australia. The contract involves the provision of a DP2 survey vessel, complete with deepwater work class ROVs.

Chevron Confirms First Oil Production from Papa-Terra Offshore Brazil
