FMC Technologies Awarded $85 Million Order for CNOOC's Liuhua 4-1 Development
FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI) announced today that it has signed an agreement with China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) for the manufacture and supply of subsea production equipment for the Liuhua 4-1 development project. The award has a value of approximately $85 million in revenue to FMC Technologies.

Gazprom and CNPC come closer to a common standpoint on technical parameters of gas supplies to China

Clough Helix receive LOI for CACT Project, offshore China
Engineering and construction company Clough Limited (ASX:CLO) today announced that the Clough Helix Joint Venture has been given a letter of intent by COOEC Subsea Technology Co Ltd (COOEC means China Offshore Oil Engineering Co) for offshore installation support activities associated with the Huizhou Field, offshore China. The contract, which is expected to be signed in the next two weeks, is day rate with a minimum commitment of 120 days with options for further extension.

Filling process of Chinese oil pipeline section Skovorodino-Daqing Completed
December 19, 2010 at 8 hours 55 min. was finished filling process of Chinese oil pipeline section Skovorodino-Daqing. Filling commenced on 1 November, according to the schedule in November, the pipeline was pumped 250 million tons of oil in December - 300 thousand tons. Thus, the current pipeline is ready for commercial shipments of Russian oil, which is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2011.

GDF SUEZ and China National Offshore Oil Corporation sign a 2.6 million tons of LNG contract
GDF SUEZ has just signed a medium term agreement with CNOOC Gas and Power Group Ltd. which is a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), the largest importer of LNG in China. Under this agreement, GDF SUEZ will sell CNOOC about 2.6 million tons of LNG from 2013 during a 4 year period, and the cargoes will be sourced from GDF SUEZ’ LNG portfolio.
