Commonwealth Government delays Australia Pacific LNG EIS decision for procedural reasons
The Federal Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, the Honourable Tony Burke, has advised he will extend the time period for his determination of the Environmental Impact Statement for Australia Pacific LNG's proposed coal seam gas to LNG project in Queensland from the current statutory deadline of 21 December 2010 to Tuesday, 22 February 2011.

ConocoPhillips announces first LNG shipment from Qatargas 3 project
ConocoPhillips [NYSE:COP] announced today that the first cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the Qatargas 3 (QG3) joint venture was shipped on Nov. 25, 2010. The cargo departed from Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar, bound for the Canaport LNG Terminal in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.

Gulf Coast Fractionators Announces Expansion of Its
Gulf Coast Fractionators, a partnership between ConocoPhillips [NYSE:COP], Devon Energy Corporation [NYSE:DVN] and Targa Resources Partners LP [NYSE:NGLS] ("Targa Resources Partners" or the "Partnership"), today announced plans to expand the capacity of its natural gas liquids fractionation facility located in Mont Belvieu, Texas. The maximum gross fractionation capacity of the facility will be expanded by approximately 42 percent (43,000 barrels per day) to 145,000 barrels per day.

Golden Pass LNG Terminal Announces 1st Cargo for Commissioning
The Golden Pass LNG terminal announced today
that the first cargo to be used for commissioning the facilities is anticipated to arrive during
October 2010. This terminal is a joint venture owned 70% by Qatar Petroleum International (QPI), the international arm of Qatar Petroleum (QP), and the remaining by ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips.
