Mustang Awarded Detailed Design by Hess Corporation for Tioga Gas Plant Expansion in North Dakota
Mustang, a Wood Group company, has been awarded detailed design and procurement services by Hess Corporation for the expansion of its Tioga natural gas plant in the Bakken oil play in northwestern North Dakota. The project will expand the facility’s capacity from approximately 110 MMSCFD gas to 250 MMSCFD. The cryogenic gas plant will be designed for ethane recovery, full fractionation and sales of natural gas liquids (NGL).

KBR Awarded EPC Contract by KiOR, Inc. for Biomass-to-Renewable Crude Project in the United States
KBR (NYSE: KBR) announced today that it has been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by KiOR, Inc. (KiOR) to build a first-of-its-kind biomass-to-renewable crude facility to be located in Columbus, Miss. The facility is designed to process approximately 500 tons per day of wood biomass and produce over 11 million gallons of fuel per year.

Samsung Engineering awarded all four packages for Shaybah NGL plant project
On March 21st, Samsung Engineering officially inked a $2.76 bn USD contract for the Shaybah NGL (Natural Gas Liquid) project at a signing ceremony held at Saudi Aramco headquarters in Dhahran. The ceremony was attended by key figures, such as Saudi Aramco's Executive Director of Project Management Majid Yousif Mugla and Samsung Engineering's President & CEO Park Ki-Seok.

Fluor Wins Browse Offshore FEED Contract in Australia
Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that its Fluor Offshore Solutions unit was awarded a front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract by Woodside for the Browse Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Development. The Browse fields are located in the Browse Basin about 425 kilometres north of Broome off the western coast of Australia. Fluor will be responsible for FEED services for the offshore central gas processing facility including the steel jackets, a compression platform and a utilities accommodation platform. Fluor has teamed with McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR), to design the steel jackets and float-over installation. Fluor booked the undisclosed contract services value in the fourth quarter of 2010.

Eastern Star Gas appointed TOYO and Hitachi to undertake FEED on Mid-Scale Electric-Motor-Driven LNG Plant in Newcastle
Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO) and Hitachi, Ltd., (NYSE: HIT / TSE: 6501) announced today that they have been appointed by Eastern Star Gas Limited (ESG) , an Australian gas and Coal Seam Gas (CSG)* development company, to undertake Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) for ESG’s LNG Newcastle (LNGN) Project upon the completion of feasibility studies, which have been conducted since May 2010. ESG plans to determine their investment by the first quarter of 2012 and start to export products in 2015.

GE Oil & Gas Selected for $120M Trans Europa Naturgas Pipeline Upgrade

Atwood Oceanics Orders Ultra-Deepwater Drillship
ATWOOD OCEANICS, INC., a Houston-based international drilling contractor (NYSE: ATW), announced that, Atwood Oceanics Pacific Limited ("AOPL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atwood Oceanics, Inc. (the "Company"), on January 28, 2011 executed a turnkey construction contract with Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co., Ltd ("DSME") to construct an ultra-deepwater drillship, to be named the Atwood Advantage, at the DSME yard in South Korea. The Atwood Advantage is expected to be delivered by September 30, 2013 at a total cost, including project management, drilling and handling tools and spares, of approximately $600 million. Financing for the construction of the Atwood Advantage is expected to be provided from a combination of ongoing cash flows and debt, as necessary, and from AOPL's current senior credit facilities. The Company will consider whether any additional debt may be necessary in connection with this fleet expansion.
