First GDF SUEZ long term LNG sale to Asia with a 0.8 mtpa contract to CPC of Taiwan
GDF SUEZ announces the signature of a Heads of Agreement providing for the sale of LNG under a long term agreement with CPC Corporation of Taiwan (CPC). Under the terms of the agreement, GDF SUEZ will deliver 800,000 tons per year of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to CPC on a 20-year period starting 2018. LNG will be sourced from the Cameron LNG plant in the USA. The Cameron LNG export project which partners are GDF SUEZ, Sempra, Mitsubishi and Mitsui has received conditional approvals from the US Department of Energy (DOE) and partial agreement from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and is likely to be firmly sanctioned within the course of this year.

Woodside Browse Marketing Update
Woodside advises that the liquefied natural gas (LNG) key terms agreement with CPC Corporation Taiwan for the Browse LNG Development was allowed to expire on 21 June 2012, on the agreement of both parties.

CPC Terminal April Oil Liftings Back to Record 2010 Monthly Average
Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) Marine Terminal in Novorossiysk loaded 2.906 MT of crude oil for export in April 2012, up 6.7% on April 2011. So its last month's throughput was back up to reach the monthly average of record liftings in 2010 when the CPC Marine Terminal exported almost 35 MT using DRA.

In total, the CPC Marine Terminal has loaded over 285 million tons of crude oil since the pipeline was commissioned in October 2001. CPC is currently implementing aт Expansion project to bring its capacity up to 67 MTA. A number of Expansion Phase 1 facilities are planned to be completed this year. New capacities will be commissioned at the pump stations that are being upgraded. To tie-in the new equipment CPC has developed a special schedule of system shutdowns in May, August and October this year, lasting 3 days each.

INPEX signs Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) sales agreement with CPC, Chubu Electric and Toho Gas, Ichthys LNG Project, Australia
INPEX CORPORATION (INPEX) and TOTAL today finalised the sale of the total volume of LNG from the Ichthys LNG Project with the signing of legally binding Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) with CPC Corporation, Taiwan (CPC), Chubu Electric Power Company, Inc. (Chubu Electric) and Toho Gas Co., Ltd. (Toho Gas). Under the SPAs, Ichthys LNG Pty Ltd, a company jointly owned by INPEX and TOTAL and the seller of Ichthys LNG, will sell 2.52 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG for 15 years commencing in 2017 from the Ichthys LNG Project to:

RasGas Delivers First LNG Cargo under New Long Sales and Purchase Agreement
RasGas Company Limited (RasGas) has announced the successful delivery of the first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) cargo under the new long term LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with CPC Corporation, Taiwan (CPC). The agreement was recently signed and executed on the 6th of December 2011 in Qatar during the World Petroleum Congress. The RasGas long term chartered LNG carrier named "Fuwairit" has delivered and completed the discharge of its LNG cargo successfully and safely ex-ship at CPC Corporation Taiwan Yung-An LNG receiving terminal in Taiwan on Thursday 5th January, 2012.

Qatar signs new LNG Sales and Purchase Agreement with CPC Corporation Taiwan
RasGas Company Limited (RasGas) announced today that Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (3) (RL 3) has entered into a new long -term liquefied natural gas (LNG) sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Taiwan state - owned energy company CPC Corporation, Taiwan (CPC). The agreement was signed by His Excellency Dr Mohammed Bin Saleh Al Sada, Minister of Energy and Industry for the State of Qatar, and Chairman of RasGas and RL 3, and Mr Shao-Hua Chu, Chairman of CPC.

Fluor Awarded Caspian Pipeline Expansion Contract in Kazakhstan & Russia
Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that it has been awarded a contract by Chevron Neftegaz (one of three project managers engaged by the Caspian Pipeline Consortium) for its recently announced expansion project. Fluor will provide project services for the marine terminal and supervisory control and data system (SCADA) portions of the Caspian Pipeline Expansion project. The pipeline begins in western Kazakhstan and runs 1,510 kilometers west to the terminal in Novorossiysk, Russia, on the Black Sea. Fluor booked $100 million into backlog in the second quarter.

Shell and CPC announce LNG sales deal
Shell Eastern Trading (Pte.) Ltd, trading as Shell Eastern LNG (Shell), and CPC Corporation, Taiwan (CPC) have signed a Heads of Agreement (HOA) for the long-term supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Shell’s global LNG portfolio. With this HOA Shell will supply two million tonnes per annum for 20 years starting in 2016.

Chevron and Other Shareholders Sanction Caspian Pipeline Expansion
Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) today announced that the shareholders and governing bodies of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) have unanimously approved the $5.4 billion expansion of the Caspian pipeline. The capacity of the 900-mile (1500 km) pipeline, which carries crude oil from Western Kazakhstan to a dedicated terminal in the Black Sea, will increase to 1.4 million barrels per day from its current capacity of 730,000 barrels per day.

Jacobs Receives Contract from CPC Corporation, Taiwan for New Sulfur Recovery Unit
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced today that it received a contract from CPC Corporation, Taiwan (CPC) to design and license Jacobs' proprietary EUROCLAUS(R) technology for a desulfurization unit as part of the Ta-Lin refinery expansion project in Kaoshiung, Taiwan.
