Crestwood Midstream Partners Announces Loading of 1,000th Unit Train at Its Bakken COLT Hub Facility
Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) (“Crestwood”) announced today the loading of the 1,000th crude oil unit train at its COLT Hub in Epping, North Dakota. The COLT rail facility commenced service in June 2012 with an original capacity to load 80,000 barrels per day (“Bpd”). The facility has undergone two major expansions since 2012 and has a current capacity to load up to 160,000 Bpd. Crestwood’s COLT rail facility is one of the largest crude-by-rail loading terminals in the U.S., based on daily volumes loaded, currently averaging approximately 120,000 Bpd.

Crestwood Midstream Partners Announces Successful Non-Binding Open Season for MARC II Pipeline in the Marcellus Shale
Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) (“Crestwood”) announced today that its subsidiary, Central New York Oil & Gas Company LLC (“CNYOG”), which owns the North-South and MARC I pipelines and the Stagecoach storage facility, has successfully concluded a non-binding open season to solicit interest for firm transportation of natural gas on a proposed new 30-mile pipeline extending CNYOG’s system to the proposed PennEast Pipeline, a new interconnect on Transco’s Leidy Line, and Transco’s proposed Atlantic Sunrise Expansion Project in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Crestwood has received non-binding indications of interest for firm transportation on the proposed MARC II Pipeline in excess of 700 million cubic feet per day (“MMcf/d”).

Crestwood Midstream Partners Expands Bakken Shale Footprint with $750 Million Acquisition of Arrow Midstream
Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) ("Crestwood" or the "Partnership") today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Crestwood Arrow Acquisition LLC ("Crestwood Arrow"), has entered into an agreement to acquire Arrow Midstream Holdings, LLC ("Arrow"), a privately-held midstream company, for approximately $750 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. The acquisition marks a continuation of Crestwood's liquids-focused strategy by significantly expanding Crestwood's operational footprint in the Bakken Shale and highlights the immediate benefits of the merger of Crestwood and Inergy Midstream, which was completed on Monday, October 7, 2013. The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to Crestwood's estimated distributable cash flow per limited partner unit in 2014, with growing accretion thereafter based upon projected production increases from the Arrow assets. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Crestwood and Inergy to Merge Forming $7 Billion Midstream Energy Partnership

Crestwood Midstream Partners and Crestwood Holdings to Acquire Antero Resources’ Marcellus Shale Gathering Assets for $375 Mill
Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP), Crestwood Holdings Partners LLC (“Crestwood Holdings”) and Antero Resources Appalachian Corporation (“Antero”) announced today the execution of definitive agreements whereby CMLP and Crestwood Holdings, through a newly formed joint venture (“Crestwood Marcellus Midstream”), have agreed to acquire certain of Antero’s Marcellus Shale gathering system assets located in Harrison and Doddridge Counties, West Virginia for $375 million in cash plus an earn-out which would allow Antero to earn additional purchase price payments of up to $40 million based upon average annual production levels achieved during 2012 and 2013.

Crestwood Midstream Partners Completes Acquisition of
Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) (“Crestwood”) announced today it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Tristate Sabine, LLC (“Tristate”) from affiliates of Energy Spectrum Capital, Zwolle Pipeline, LLC and the Tristate management. Crestwood paid $65 million at closing which was funded with available capacity under Crestwood’s revolving credit facility. An additional $8 million deferred purchase payment will be paid on November 1, 2012, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.
