DNO International Reports New Offshore Well Tests 7,000 Barrels per Day
DNO International ASA ("DNO International"), the Norwegian oil and gas company, announced today that the just completed West Bukha-4 well, Block 8 offshore the Sultanate of Oman, flowed on a 54/64 inch choke 7,000 barrels of 39º API oil and 15 million cubic feet of gas per day through a test separator. West Bukha-4 will be connected to the export pipeline system within days and, at the initial test rates, is expected to nearly double current oil production from the West Bukha field to 15,000 barrels per day.

DNO International Announces Successful Completion and Testing of Tawke-16 Well in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq
DNO International ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas company, announced today that its just-completed Tawke-16 well in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq flowed at a cumulative rate in excess of 25,000 barrels per day of 26-27º API gravity oil from multiple, independently tested zones. The Company expects to connect the well to existing pipeline and processing facilities by mid-April, boosting the Tawke field's deliverability.

DNO - Agreement for license in Tunisia
DNO today reports that on October 20th, an agreement was signed at the Ministry of Industry and Technology for the grant of a hydrocarbon exploration license permit called "FKIRINE" between the Norwegian company DNO Tunisia AS, a 100% owned subsidiary of DNO International ASA and the Tunisian Oil Activities Company (ETAP).

Boards of Directors Approve Merger of RAK Petroleum MENA Operating Subsidiaries into DNO International
Following completion of due diligence and agreement on relative valuations, the Boards of Directors of DNO International ASA ("DNO International") and RAK Petroleum PCL ("RAK Petroleum") signed definitive documents on 3 September 2011 to merge RAK Petroleum's oil and gas operating companies into DNO International in exchange for DNO International shares (the "Transaction"). The Transaction values DNO International at USD 1.64 billion corresponding to NOK 9.50 per share and RAK Petroleum's operating subsidiaries at USD 250 million (before working capital adjustments).
