Technip and DSME awarded contract for the HEJRE project in Denmark
Technip, in partnership with DSME, was awarded by DONG E&P and BAYERNGAS, a contract for the HEJRE project development, offshore Denmark, at a water depth of 70 meters. This contract covers engineering, procurement, fabrication, hook-up, and commissioning assistance for a fixed wellhead and process platform and associated facilities.

Aker Solutions wins drilling riser contract
Aker Solutions has been awarded a contract by Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) for the delivery of a deepwater drilling riser system to the DSME shipyard in South Korea. The riser package will be installed on Atwood Oceanics, Inc.'s ultra-deepwater drillship, the Atwood Advantage. The contract value is approximately $48 million.

Höegh LNG - Awarded engineering studies for LNG FPSO offshore Israel
Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Höegh LNG") has entered into an agreement with Daewoo

Atwood Oceanics Orders Ultra-Deepwater Drillship
ATWOOD OCEANICS, INC., a Houston-based international drilling contractor (NYSE: ATW), announced that, Atwood Oceanics Pacific Limited ("AOPL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atwood Oceanics, Inc. (the "Company"), on January 28, 2011 executed a turnkey construction contract with Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co., Ltd ("DSME") to construct an ultra-deepwater drillship, to be named the Atwood Advantage, at the DSME yard in South Korea. The Atwood Advantage is expected to be delivered by September 30, 2013 at a total cost, including project management, drilling and handling tools and spares, of approximately $600 million. Financing for the construction of the Atwood Advantage is expected to be provided from a combination of ongoing cash flows and debt, as necessary, and from AOPL's current senior credit facilities. The Company will consider whether any additional debt may be necessary in connection with this fleet expansion.

DSME Wins Drill Ship Construction Order
Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. (DSME), South Korea`s No. 2 shipbuilder, announced on Sunday that it has been awarded a drill ship order by a South Korean consortium led by the state-run Korea National Oil Corp.
