The NEB imposes additional obligations for Enbridge’s Line 9, approves two conditions
The National Energy Board (NEB) has approved two of Enbridge’s condition filings with regard to the Line 9B Reversal and Line 9 Capacity Expansion Project (Line 9) while imposing additional obligations for the lifecycle of the project.

Enbridge Selected to Provide Crude Oil Pipeline for Deepwater Gulf of Mexico Developmen
Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB) (NYSE:ENB), announced today that it will build, own and operate a crude oil pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico to connect the planned Stampede development, operated by Hess Corporation, to an existing third-party pipeline system. The lateral pipeline is expected to cost approximately $0.13 billion and be operational in 2018. The Stampede development was previously sanctioned by Hess and its project co-owners in October 2014.

Enbridge Reports Crude Oil Release at Regina Terminal
Enbridge Inc., (TSX:ENB) (NYSE:ENB) safely shut down and isolated its Line 4 pipeline at the Regina Terminal in Saskatchewan at approximately 10:55 p.m. MST yesterday, after a release from the line within the on-site pumping station was reported and confirmed.

Construction of Seaway Crude Oil Pipeline Loop (Twin) Completed
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) and Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB)(NYSE:ENB) announced today that the 512-mile Seaway Pipeline system loop (twin) pipeline from Cushing, Oklahoma, to the Jones Creek storage and terminal facility near Freeport, Texas, is mechanically complete. The new 30-inch Seaway Loop (Twin) Pipeline is expected to more than double the capacity of the Seaway system to 850,000 BPD.

Enbridge Finalizes $7.5 Billion Mainline Replacement Program Cost Estimate; Issues CDN$400 Million of Common Equity
Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB)(NYSE:ENB) and Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:EEP) today announced the final scope and cost estimate for their Line 3 Replacement (L3R) Program is approximately $7.5 billion. The L3R Program was announced on March 3, 2014, following receipt of shipper support, and involves replacement of all segments of Line 3 between Hardisty, Alberta and Superior, Wisconsin with new pipe using the latest available high-strength steel and coating technology.

Northern Gateway Receives Approval from Government of Canada

(TSX:ENB) (NYSE:ENB) announced today that pursuant to the Joint Review Panel's (JRP) recommendation, the Northern Gateway Project ("NGP" or "the Project") has received Governor in Council (GIC) approval by the Canadian federal government. The JRP's recommendation was subject to 209 conditions.

NEB Approves Line 9B Reversal and Line 9 Expansion with Conditions
Enbridge Inc. (TSX:ENB) (NYSE:ENB) announced today that after a rigorous and thorough regulatory review process, Canada's pipeline regulator, the National Energy Board (NEB) has approved the flow reversal and expansion of Enbridge's Line 9B between Westover, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec. Combined with the previously approved project to reverse Line 9A between Sarnia, Ontario and Westover, these projects will enable the delivery of reliable, competitive North American crude oil for Ontario and Quebec based refineries.

Enbridge to Undertake $7 Billion Mainline Replacement Program

(NYSE:EEP) today announced they have received shipper support for a $7 billion investment in their Canadian and U.S. mainline system running from Edmonton, Alberta to Superior, Wisconsin. The Line 3 Replacement (L3R) Program will complement the existing Line 3 segment replacement program and include all remaining segments of Line 3 between Hardisty, Alberta and Superior.
